"If you can dream it, You can do it"
ArDo Paper Creations all started in November 2009, with one event. Our wedding.
My now husband and I decided to get married. As with all weddings the planing, followed by all the stress, started. We had to get all the invitations out in a very short time.
So we started to look at wedding coordinators for the making of the invitation cards, place settings and all other wedding stationary. And believe me when I say this was not easy. The last coordinators we saw said to us that this can't be done. All we wanted were invitations cards with a Floc Damask print. Well I just had it, for I know you do get this paper, and I believe "If you can Dream it, You can do it".
So I decided I will do it myself. and of I went to get paper. "I can dream it, so I definitely can do it"
We ended up doing all the wedding stationary ourselves, and saved al lot of money in the process.
And to top it all I had so much fun doing this.
The following photos shows all the stationary that we made:

Spider-man
I made this Spider-man pop up birthday card for my 4 year old nephew.
This only took me 30 minutes to make and it is my first pop up card that I made.
I must say I'm quite pleased with the outcome.
For the outside I copied a Comic cover on card stock
and inside a copy of Spider-man in action. I made two copies of this pic, the 2nd one I've cut out the Spider-man to use for the pop up.

3D Paper Star
The 3D Paper Stars I made for the South African Doll and Toy Club for their Christmas / year end function. It took 40 A4 pages, cut into 240 square blocks, then cut into 2400 strips. 10 strips glued and shaped together to form one piece. 6 pieces glued and shaped together to form one star. In total 40 stars.
This is easy to make, but the most time consuming part in cutting the paper, it took me about 6 hours just to cut the paper and strips.

All ready to go. Thank you South African Doll and Toy Club, I enjoyed making this for you.
